1. 30 Days Refund or Return :

No Question Asked. With 30 days since the receipt of the package, you can apply for a full refund or a replacement, No Question asked. This refund covers the following situations

    • Damaged or Defective eyewear on arrival
    • Wrong Items Sent
    • Issues with prescription
    • Eyewear has quality issues with 30days, can not function as it should
    • Size does not fit, too big or too small
    • Shapes or Colors Not Reach Expectation.
    • Everything is okay, Just Does not look good wearing it

For issues listed above, you can get a full refund. We will take responsibility for the returning shipping fees. Or you can get a new pair for free, no extra fees charged.

If Eyewear damaged due to accident, negligence, or improper care with 30 days, we would like to make a new pair for you, at the cost of 50% original product price. No shipping fees charged. The most brand store will not cover damage by accident, but it happens and we totally get it. So we will get you guaranteed for this as well. 

You’ll receive a refund within 48 hours of us receiving your returning package. Or, if you chose the replacement option, we’ll ship your new eyewear then.


2. 3-Month Return Policy:

  • Any possible defects in the frame or the lens that can reasonably be attributed to the manufacture’s responsibility and workmanship issues instead of normal wear, customers are entitled to apply a one-time replacement pair for no extra charges with the guarantee of a 3-Month Return Policy. 
  • The warranty policy for accidents only for 30 days refund. If there are damage caused by accidents after 30days and within 3 months, we will offer a certain discount to remake a new pair for you. 

3. Lifetime Guarantee

  • Replacement nose pads and nose pad screws for rimless frames are offered for the lifetime of the glasses. We do not provide replacement screws for frames other than rimless frames.

4. How to Apply Refund

  • Please message us via email with your order ID
  • After we checked your message,we might ask for a picture of the broken products. 
  • We will offer your address for the returned package. 
  • After we receive your package, we will issue your refund to the bank account you use to pay within 2 business days 
  • We will offer an address for the returned package via Email. The returned address is not the same as the company address.

5. Who Will Be Responsible for Returned Shipping Fees

  • For Return and Refunds within 30 days, you can get a full refund and we will take responsibility for the returning shipping fees. 
  • For Return and Refund within 3-month Refund, A return fee of $5 will be removed from your full refund
  • Please notice full refund does not include the shipping fees incurred in the original order.

1. Items shipped from Joopin Store at, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment, using the Online Return Center on
2. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us since you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

6. Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don’t include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
7. Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return. Pack your item securely, following the instructions sent to you when you requested your return from the Returns Center.


1. All returned sunglasses must be in the complete original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
2. We will need one photo of the product before Approve your refund

3. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
